Phil & Shary Kreiling
Phil & Shary Kreiling are the Founders of 411 Impact, a coaching resource for individuals, pastors, leaders, non-profit leaders, and their teams and established in 2010, of which Phil is the Executive Director and Shary is the Assistant Director. Between them, their certifications include being a Certified Master Christian Life Coach with the International Christian Coaching Institute (ICCI), a Professional Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Level 4 Leadership Coach with the AG Coaching Coalition (AGCC), and a Certified Life Coach (AACC). Pastors for nearly 40 years, Phil & Shary have dedicated their skills, talents, and their best years to resourcing others with the tools they need to transform lives, and cities, for the better. Based in Kansas City, their personal coaching and leadership methods are based upon relationship, compassion, focusing on the next generation and, ultimately, impact. When they’re not giving their time in coaching, connecting, and supporting others towards wholeness, you can find Phil & Shary enjoying and celebrating life together with their children and grandchildren.
Gregory E. Couch
Major General USA, Ret. Gregory E. Couch was Chief of Staff, United States Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, IL. He was responsible to the commander for the effective coordination of all staff activities in a global command of 156,000 personnel. USTRANSCOM is engaged in around-the-clock transportation planning and support to the Department of Defense and its war fighting unified commands. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University and a Master of Science degree in logistics management from Florida Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College, and the United States Army War College with a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies. He served in the U.S. Army for 35 years with two ‘tour of duties’ in Iraq. Greg’s wife Janice passed away in 2017. They have two children, Brad who is in the U.S. Army Reserves, and lives with his wife Amy and their two children in Spring Hill, KS. Amy, their daughter is married to Joshua Highfill, who also served in the Army and Secret Service, before working for the US Postal service in Wichita, KS. They live with their two sons in Augusta, KS. Greg serves several non-profit leaders helping them to strategically plan for community impact and ministry growth. Greg also serves as a mentor to young men with Compass KC.
John and Ann Teate
John and Ann lived in the Atlanta, GA area before being transferred to Kansas City in 1978 by his company, American Freight Systems. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict, Supply Sergeant (15 months in Japan). John has a Bachelors of Business Accounting from Georgia State University in Atlanta. John retired after 39 years of service with American Freight Systems as dispatcher, accounting clerk, payroll supervisor, internal auditor, manager & accounting director of taxes and assistant treasurer. He has served as church treasurer for churches in both Atlanta and Kansas City. Currently he volunteers in the Victim Assistant Unit of the Johnson County, KS District Attorney’s office, and as a board member of the Johnson County Property Crime Compensation Board. Ann is a graduate of the Crawford W. Long School of Nursing in Atlanta, GA, and retired after 44 years as a registered nurse. She was the head nurse of the Labor & Delivery unit in Atlanta, and taught childbirth classes at hospitals in Atlanta, and Olathe. She also served on staff committees at a hospital in Overland Park, KS. Ann is a past board member of the Blue Valley Quilt Guild, which she is still involved in and enjoys quilting when she can. John and Ann have three children, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. John serves as the Treasurer for the 411 Impact Board.
David & Heather Underwood
David has worked for Black & Veatch engineering firm for 27 years, starting in CAD design and continues with the company today as a Database Manager for Construction and Procurement. David grew up in a military family - allowing him to see various parts of the world and different cultures. David enjoys spending time working in the garden, trying new techniques on the grill and riding his Harley Davidson. Heather was born and raised in Denver and transferred to the Kansas City area in the late 80's. She currently works as an administrative assistant at Thrivent Financial located in the greater Kansas City area. Heather's interests include gardening, riding on the back of their Harley Davidson, and loves a great suspense/thriller novel. David is actively involved as a bus driver picking up Children in Kansas City, KS on Sundays and Wednesdays for the Rosedale Youth Ministry. Heather serves as the 411 Impact board secretary. David and Heather enjoy working together, giving back to their church family and other non-profit organizations in the Kansas City area.
Wayne & Connie Walker
Wayne grew up on a farm in Stockton, MO. After graduating from Stockton High School, he joined the Air Force and served our country for four years. After leaving the military, he joined ATT and held various managerial positions. While working for ATT, Wayne earned his bachelor’s degree in business. He lived in Chicago, IL and later his job brought him to the Kansas City area. He held a position with ATT for 20 years, then joined Sprint in 1999 and that is where he met his wife Connie.
Connie grew up in Kansas City, KS and after graduating from Turner High School, she worked in a bank. She has owned several businesses and in 1992 decided to become a sheriff’s deputy in Wyandotte County, Kansas City, KS. She served two and a half years there before moving to Stockton, MO. She worked in National Accounts at Teeters Floral Products but desired to move back to the greater Kansas City area. She submitted her resume’ to Sprint in 1997 and was hired as an administrative assistant for two directors. One year later she moved into an analyst position, then into a project manager position, where she met Wayne. She moved into the international part of Sprint and was promoted to a Senior Manager position, managing a team providing technical support and provisioning. Connie left Sprint to become the Vice President of Client Services for Smart Choice Communications in Springfield, MO. Connie went to Ottawa University to earn her bachelor’s degree in business as an adult. She had two young children, a full time job and full time education. It was a hectic few years being a single parent trying to manage the load, but she graduated with honors at the top of her class.
Wayne and Connie have two children; Paul, his wife Courtney, and Hayley. They also have two Yorkshire Terriers; Prada and Sophi, who are also their ‘children’. Wayne and Connie are avid golfers and also enjoy the lake. Wayne likes to fish, and Connie does as long as they are biting although is quick to give up and read a good book while enjoying the calm of the water. Wayne and Connie live in Springfield, MO.
