After 30 years of pastoring a high-impact church in the Kansas City metro area, Phil & Shary Kreiling made the decision to pivot into a ministry that’s moved beyond the structure of a church building and creates transformational impact, one individual, organization, and team at a time. Based in Kansas City, their innovative and comprehensive approach to coaching has led to pastors being restored, nonprofits increasing outreach and, ultimately, individuals awakening to their value and purpose. 

Their ability to guide others through failures, obstacles, and challenging moments, not as observers but as partners, has resulted in deep-rooted change from the inside out. Whether people are experiencing burnout, the end of a dream, loneliness, or a need for a mentor, Phil & Shary have dedicated their lives, experience, and skills to be the ones to coach others into wholeness and possibilities.
